1.	Move and maintain your primary personal and household checking accounts to Peoples & authorize direct deposit of your paychecks and auto debit of your home mortgage from your Peoples checking account.
2.	The "most favorable" mortgage rate available for the classification of property and credit history of the Borrowers then prevailing and offered to Peoples mortgage Guests without discount. The lender paid appraisal fee is limited to $350.00.
3.	Subject to existing Peoples credit standards. Peoples will pay the Kansas mortgage registration tax and filing fees for a $5,000.00 second mortgage.
4.	Deduction based on the prevailing consumer loan rate at the time of approval for loans of similar type and credit.
5.	Bring in your checks from your old account to Peoples to qualify with a maximum of 300 new checks, with a maximum value of $25.00.
