Personal Banker II (New Accounts)

Supervisor:  Assistant Store Manager

Status:  Full-Time

Job Grade:  Non-Exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:
Processes a variety of routine financial transactions including: Opening New Accounts, Closing Accounts, check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments. Responsible for managing and balancing a cash drawer. Gains detailed knowledge of store operations, policies, compliance, and procedures. Delivers superior financial services to businesses and consumers. Actively cross-sells bank products and assist customers with questions. Sales minded and flexible with hours.

Education:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience:
1. Prefer six months banking experience or retail sales.

Skills:
1. Excellent Guest service skills.
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent cash handling skills.
4. Ability to communicate orally in an effective manner.
5. Competency in basic mathematical skills.
6. Ability to deal with both internal and external customers.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
1. Position will entail extended periods of sitting and or standing.
2. Position requires working evenings and some weekends.
