Meet Jeff

Jeff attended college at Miami University in Oxford, OH, and has been in the Mortgage Banking industry since 2005.  He enjoys helping our Guests find financial wellness through refinancing their mortgage into a better situation specifically tailored to their current needs.

Jeff is happily married with three beautiful daughters, who keep him young at heart and busy outside of work.

  • Jeff and People’s Bank were exceptional. The communication was excellent. Anytime we had a question, Jeff took the time to answer our question thoughtfully, even late at night, which is when we had time to deal with our mortgage paperwork. Jeff has a deep knowledge of finance, but the uncanny (or dare I say “unusual”) ability to put things in layman’s terms so there was never any confusion. I also found the portal we used to be very helpful, making it easy to upload documents and track what we still needed to submit.

  • The first time I spoke with Mr. Neumer, he gave me his cell number and told me I could contact him anytime I had questions or concerns. He was true to his word. Mr. Neumer was there every step of the way to assist us with our refinance. He explained all of our “numbers” in a language that a four year old could understand. Additionally, the process took exactly as long (actually as short) as Mr. Neumer said it would take. Based on Mr. Neumer’s customer service, we will gladly recommend People’s bank to any one of our friends or colleagues who express an interest in refinancing or obtaining a mortgage.
