    Longtime Albuquerque Bank Executive Joins Peoples Bank

    Peoples Bank announces that Ed Larrañaga has been hired as a Business Relationship Officer. A native of Albuquerque, Larrañaga has a long history in the financial services industry as well as community service. He joins the bank having worked most recently at The Bank of Albuquerque.

    In making the announcement, Peoples Bank President Stan Sluder said, “We’re delighted to have someone of Ed’s caliber and experience join us at Peoples. We’re committed to the success of our customers and the community as we become the best bank in Albuquerque. Ed’s background and expertise will help us fulfill that goal.”

    In addition to his professional banking experience, Larrañaga serves on numerous boards including; The Golden Apple Foundation of New Mexico, Circles New Mexico, Catholic Foundation Board of Trustees, and the Center for Non-Profit Excellence with United Way of Central New Mexico. He is also a graduate of Leadership Albuquerque and Leadership New Mexico.
