  • We are writing to express the exceptional experience we had in dealing with one of your employees, Jason Morrow. Jason assisted us in obtaining a VA loan, which closed last week. It is amazing to us that we were able to close in one month, especially in dealing with VA. Jason went above and beyond in his customer service to assist us in any way possible, even anticipating anything that could possibly come up. From the very first phone call he was very professional but always personable too. We really felt that he was a friend who was on our side. After the appraisal came in higher than we anticipated, he offered to let us increase the amount of the loan if we wished to do so. We didn’t even know this was a possibility and by doing so we were able to accomplish much more than we had originally thought was feasible. When he let us know this, Mary was moved to tears because this loan removed so much stress from our lives. So often you only hear complaints, but we wanted to take this opportunity to commend an outstanding employee who represented your company so well.
