I am writing this letter based on my individual experience with Peoples Bank. No one at Peoples Bank has co-hearse me or has given me any monetary gifts to write this letter. I am writing this letter because I believe in giving a person accolades when it is due.
I was a first time home buyer and was introduce to Ms. Rouse by a realtor in the early parts of June 2015 and from there we began our business relationship. Working with Ms. Donna Rouse has been enlighten and intellectual experience for me. Ms. Rouse is an experienced, well round individual that has tons of knowledge in the realtor/banking industry. Ms. Rouse was always available to me, whether I called her in the early morning or late night and even on her vacation, she made herself available to me. Ms. Rouse conversation wasn’t short either, every call that I had with her, would always last more than 10 minutes, meaning that she wasn’t a yes or no person. She made sure that every detail was covered, every point was discussed. She wanted to make sure that I clearly understood what was going on during each step of my home buyer experience. Ms. Rouse is the definition of customer services. I can say I am a difficult person to deal with, but she took time to learn me and gave me the attention that I needed to close this deal. With her expertise she advised me what documents was going to be needed before the underwriter requested it. I didn’t feel any pressure when it came time for closing, I have heard frightening story about my friends and family closing day experience, but I can truly say I had a satisfying experience. There was no surprise, at least with Ms. Rouse that is, everything went exactly like she said.
I can go and go about Ms. Rouse, but I will close with this, I would not been able to purchase my home, or this deal would not have close without Ms. Rouse. Ms. Rouse should be or in my book an asset to People Bank. They say word of mouth is the best advertisement for a business and with that being said, all my future transactions and everybody I know or will come across, I will inform them about my experience that I had with Ms. Rouse and People Bank.
